What will you do?

• Planning, monitoring, and controlling of all project activities according to the project charter, project progress and essential results, risks and issues, status of project financials, status of change requests, propositions in terms of further project processing 

• Coordination and control of the project progress as well as adherence to the agreed-upon budget volume 

• Dependency Management: Alignment with other projects which may impact our SAP solution 

• Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan to monitor progress and make adjustments as needed 

• Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities 

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• 5+ years of experience in project management and related experience 

• Comprehensive implementation experience in middle and large-scale projects ideally in SAP or other standard software solution business 

• Good understanding in insurance and accounting  

• Experience with Performance Management solutions 

• Several years of experience with SAP environments 

• Know-how to handle Risk-, Compliance- and Cost-Management for projects, Deep experience with Project Management Tools 

• Ability to understand and apply the implementation approach, functionality, and target architecture of our SAP solution 

• Strong character and solid discipline; ability to think structured and analytical 

• Team Player with excellent communication, moderation, and presentation skills 

• Willingness to travel internationally and work in a multicultural and international teams 

• Fluency in English; other language skills (esp. German) a plus.
