Our process of attracting, sourcing, and recruiting candidates includes:

• Creating job ads for different job portals and social media
• Searching for new hiring channels to attract potential candidates
• Screening resumes and applications in accordance with the request
• Using and updating the applicant tracking system 
• Scheduling and conducting different types of interviews
• Organizing testing of candidates in accordance with the client's needs
• Making hiring recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria provided
• Providing active support to a client in the final selection of candidates
• Planning future activities and improving the hiring process based on previous experience
• Making spreadsheets and regular reporting to management and clients

What we expect from you:

• Minimum high School diploma
• A Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field (Social Science and Humanities) is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Advanced knowledge of the English language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel & Outlook
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community
• High-level efficiency with a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Readiness for leading a project and advising less experienced team members
• Strong sense of prioritizing with good organizational skills
