Installation associate is in charge of cooperation with various parties. While dealing with clients, project management, technical team, and other internal and external colleagues, your main duties would be:
- Representing NCR in a manner that reflects positively on the image and reputation of the company
- Assisting and supporting the project manager
- Providing administrative support of any kind (comms, paperwork, access permits, detailed functional documentation for installs)
- Ensuring deadlines are met
- Creating relationships with customers at the local level (Branch, Store or office)
- Cooperation with all services within and outside the company in order to create and evaluate functional requirements within the optimization of the process
- Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities
- Perform all other projects and duties as assigned according to your senior colleagues and supervisor
What we expect from you:
- Secondary or higher education
- Advanced level of English language
- Advanced level of the Internet knowledge
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment
- Advanced knowledge of working on Microsoft Office software packages (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio etc)
