Installation associate is in charge of cooperation with various parties. While dealing with clients, project management, technical team, and other internal and external colleagues, your main duties would be:

  • Representing NCR in a manner that reflects positively on the image and reputation of the company
  • Assisting and supporting the project manager
  • Providing administrative support of any kind (comms, paperwork, access permits, detailed functional documentation for installs)
  • Ensuring deadlines are met
  • Creating relationships with customers at the local level (Branch, Store or office)
  • Cooperation with all services within and outside the company in order to create and evaluate functional requirements within the optimization of the process
  • Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities
  • Perform all other projects and duties as assigned according to your senior colleagues and supervisor

What we expect from you:

  • Secondary or higher education
  • Advanced level of English language
  • Advanced level of the Internet knowledge
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment
  • Advanced knowledge of working on Microsoft Office software packages (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio etc)
