• Responsible for short and long term production planning of assembly line and in house components

• Daily and weekly monitoring of production output and analysis

• Responsible for MPS levelling of Customer forecast

• Responsible for scheduling sales orders in production plan, ensuring minimum downtime and change overs

• Daily communication with production, process, quality, project and sales department in order to ensure smooth production and implement Customer or engineering changes

• Responsible for planning direct material in just in time production, daily and weekly releasing of purchase orders according production line demand based on Customer request

• Responsible for material calculation and preparation for regular and sample production

• Responsible for analysis of supplier forecast

• Professional handling of cooperation with suppliers and supply chain

• Responsible for ensuring minimum requested stock level and avoidance of obsolete and excess items

• Responsible for following KPI’s: “Supplier delivery on time” , “Supplier PO confirmation”

Requirements

• Bsc in Technical, Economic / Commercial field or similar

• At least two years of experience in logistics, preferably in automotive or related industrial environment

• Broad experience and knowledge of planning and stock management techniques

• Advanced spoken and written English language skills are mandatory

• Extensive experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferable)

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Clear, punctual communication skills to communicate with internal and external partners, proficient negotiating skills

• Sense for anticipation and good reaction skills

• Client oriented, with a sense to see the “bigger picture” and its impact on production
