Idest doo Kragujevac, part of IDEST Group ( www.idestgroup.com), is an engineering company which provides integrated services for construction sector,industry and plant engineering, with particular specialisation in customer support for the operational management of the interventions. The company was founded in 1999 in Turin, Italy and over the years enhanced its business potential thanks to application of high quality standards and collaboration with highly experienced professionals in different fields of Design, Work Supervision and Project Management. The goal of our company is to provide results, real and effective solutions for and with the Customer.  

Since its founding in 1999, Idest continues to expand internationally. It draws on the years of experience gained in the sectors of: design and project management, safety and site management and quality control.

Along with adhering to the principals of ethical and responsible design, Idest strategically integrates its varying and complementing skills to ensure success during all stages of construction.

Idest doo was founded in 2010 and started its work on the Fiat Automobili Srbija Project (FAS). The contract concerned the refurbishment of former Zastava plant in Kragujevac on a 140 ha area. The extent of the renovation work covers a floor area of 354.000 sqm, including all FIAT suppliers area. The total budget which was managed under Idest doo responsibility was more than 71.000.000 euro. Idest doo coordinated more than 80 contractors for a daily peak of 2500 workers.
